Martin Luthar King Day

King Salmon Filet, oven poached in a lemon thyme butter sauce


(I chose this because it was the dish I prepared at the age of 15 for Martin Luthar King’s nephew, Derek King, when he came to speak for our Social Justice Immersion.

It was a recipe my Grandmother gave me, she cooked for my Grandfather Hugh Brady, when he missed Ireland, so yes, Irish.. But in honor of the King
